Your voyage aboard Texas T Charters is guided by our delightful and highly experienced crew, Captain Ben Wootton and Chief Stewardess Briar Hamlin. Both with a rich history of sea life and extensive experience in luxury charters, they're truly at home on the ocean.

Captain Ben Wootton is an experienced engineer, certified dive master, and highly luxury yacht captain. Depending on your charter requirements, additional crew members such as a talented chef and deckhand will be onboard.

Prior to your cruise, Ben and Briar will work closely with you to understand your preferences, ensuring that every detail of your charter is tailored to create your perfect experience.

With the Texas T, you'll have the opportunity to explore this stunning seven-kilometre stretch of white silica sands. Journey to one of Australia's last true frontiers - Arnhem Land. With its stunning coastline, expansive gorges, and rich Indigenous history, Arnhem Land offers a unique charter experience. Sail along the beautiful, rugged coast, taking in the spectacular landscapes and glimpses of local wildlife.

Arnhem Land is rich in Aboriginal culture, and visitors have the chance to gain a deeper understanding of Australia's Indigenous heritage. After a day of exploration, you can relax onboard the Texas T, perhaps enjoying a cocktail as you watch the sunset over this ancient landscape.

SAMPLE WHITSUNDAYS ITINERARY

Day 1

We set sail towards the picturesque Blue Pearl Bay, weaving through tropical islands as you enjoy a leisurely lunch and drinks onboard.
Once we anchor, immerse yourself in the stunning marine environment - swim, snorkel, paddleboard or kayak amidst diverse fish life.
As the day comes to a close, enjoy the captivating sunset over the water with specially prepared nibbles and refreshing drinks.
End the day with a sumptuous dinner on board, beneath the starlit sky.

Day 2

Awake to a delightful breakfast as we make our way to Black Island and Langford Sand Spit. Plunge into the water to explore the incredible reef, home to vibrant corals, colourful fish, clams, and turtles.
After the underwater exploration, get your adrenaline pumping with jet skiing, tubing and fliteboarding. After lunch, we head to Manta Ray Bay and Wonderwall on Hook Island, where you can meet the big friendly fish and experience a breathtaking drift snorkel.
We then cruise to Hook Passage for an evening of fishing and sunset drinks.
Enjoy a delicious dinner onboard to end the day.

Day 3

Kick start the day with an early hike to Cairn Lookout for panoramic island views.
After breakfast, snorkel, paddleboard or kayak at the adjacent Cairn Reef.
We then head to Tongue Bay to witness the swirling sands of North Whitehaven beach from a stunning lookout.
Lunch is served as we head to South Whitehaven beach. Spend the afternoon enjoying the beach - swim, float, paddleboard or take a ride on the seabobs.
As the sun sets, unwind with evening nibbles and drinks, followed by dinner.

Day 4

After breakfast, choose to spend a relaxing morning at the beach or head to Turtle Bay for a final snorkelling experience.
As our unforgettable voyage draws to an end, we will drop you off, leaving you with memories to cherish for a lifetime.

How do we check availability?

The easiest way to book a day charter is online via the book now buttons where you can get real time availability and instant confirmation. For overnight charters you can book online or contact us online or via phone to plan a bespoke trip.

For events including weddings, engagement parties, special occasions and corporate events, you can book online (just choose the option you want such as a half day charter) and then we can arrange catering and any other requests after this. Or you can also enquire online or call so we can start planning your perfect unforgettable occasion.

Do you have internet and WI-FI?

Absolutely! Texas T Wi-Fi is equipped with a Starlink Marine connection, providing blazing fast internet speeds of up to 350 Mbps. This advanced system, powered by a vast constellation of low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites, ensures consistent and high-speed connectivity anywhere we charter. It's ideal for live event streaming and video meetings on platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.

Where are charters available?

As a true expedition motor yacht, Texas T can travel long distances in comfort, offering an immersive, luxurious experience. Potential locations include the Outer Great Barrier Reef, Far North Queensland, including destinations like Port Douglas and Cape York, and voyages around the Top End to Arnhem Land. These locations provide a stunning backdrop for your unforgettable sea adventure. Departures are normally from Coral Sea Marina in Airlie Beach but at some times of year for longer charters we can do other starting locations such as Port Douglas.

How long are the stay onboard charters?

Subject to availability, these can be anywhere from overnight to a few weeks. We will work with you to create an unforgettable experience tailored to your interests and preferences. Whether you are a keen diver, chasing the thrill of a catch with ocean fishing or simply want to kick back and relax, Texas T and our crew are ready to create amazing memories for you.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, we want everyone to have an unforgettable experience on Texas T. Our onboard chef prepares meals tailored to our guests' dietary requirements. Whether you have food allergies, are vegetarian, vegan, or have specific dietary needs, we ensure to cater to your preferences. Please let us know in advance, and we will take care of the rest.

Are children allowed on Texas T?

Yes, we welcome guests of all ages onboard the Texas T. However, for safety reasons, we kindly ask that children be supervised at all times during the charter. Your children will love the bunk beds and ensuite guest quarters.
